Loving my new montirex coat so warm I had a north face before purchasing didn't keep me warm montirex all the way fast shipping speedy

Excellent products and high quality montirex coat cannot feel the cold weather when warn and also comfortable

Hi just out of curiosity my partner bought a long 1/4 zip top and the back has slashes on it it looks like it’s meant to be there he said it’s faulty looked on sight can’t see anything HELP

Bought a padded jacket for my son at Xmas the Red dye inside the jacket ran into his clothes☹️and when I washed the jacket it all went flat( washed on 40 degrees, not happy.

Bought shorts 3 weeks ago and still no shorts !! Lost in transit apparently.
Usually fine as I have ordered before with no problems but not good this time around .Must add they have been great in the past so must be down to dpd.Won’t put me off ordering again as I’m sure they will rectify and shorts will be here soon .

Terrible. Terrible company. I ordered an expensive coat from this company on the 25th of November. It had been delivered to a completely different address. I showed them the proof and they can see from their end. They have terrible customer service- the only reply was ‘sorry for the delay we are busy due to the period we are currently in’. It’s now been two months and still no replies to my email. Reading the reviews shows I am not the only person who has had a terrible experience.

Very poor quality trousers ripped after being worn once when knelt down.very thin material.a shame really as we have never had a problem tops coats purchased and have always been great quality so quite disappointed.i have not returned them as I disposed of packaging and have to much to do.a great company with great past experience but I won't buy trousers again unfortunately

Bought a coat for my son on New Years Day.. was told delivery would be 3-5 working days. Today is the 16th Jan and still no contact from them.. no contact number on website.. I’ve emailed them and tweeted them.. no response.. just an email asking to review the item.

Really badly run company. I placed an order and after not receiving anything for a week (delivery time advised was 1-3 days) I enquired about my order. Received no response at all and then a generic automated notification of refund.

When I further enquired what was the reason for this, I was again ignored.

Upon escalating this to the management of the company I was again ignored and then received a short, bland, effortless email from customer service saying the products I had ordered were out of stock - despite being able to order them from their website and them charging me...

This is clearly a very transactional company who are only interested in online sales. Very little, if not no, consideration for customers or brand reputation.

Can't help but feel this is another scam out there. Paid for a t-shirt begining of Jan....not received and not replying to any emails(no phone number). I'm sick of such outfits taking money of good working people and not delivering the product. I just don't get what's wrong with them. You can also tell some of these positive reviews are fails to boost their rating

I have now placed 3 orders with Montirex.
The first 2 orders came very quickly in time for Christmas but sadly didn't fit so sent back - The returns process is very clear and efficient - Don't worry if you get a return to sender - its due to a re-direct on the address(think they have moved premises). Money returned in the bank 2 days later.
3rd order was delivered and fits perfectly. Will definitely be ordering again on the future. Just a point to note that the sizes do run a little small so would advise going up when ordering.

The clothes are of good quality and arrived in reasonable time. My only criticism is that you have to return clothes via royal mail which can be quite pricey if you have a few items to send back. I think they should have some kind of discounted returns in place where you drop off at a parcelshop etc like other retailers do.

Happy with Montirex in general, good quality, clothes at a reasonable price.
I just wish you wouldn’t withhold the tax on a order till when your about to check out. Barely any other retailers in the UK or Europe do this, it just leaves a bad taste in the consumers mouth after purchase as we are not generally used too it.
As I’ve said the prices are reasonable anyway so in my opinion youde be better off including tax with the advertised price rather than blindsiding customers at checkout.

I have been in touch several times still not received my order and no answers off u not happy wat so ever I want my order to be cancelled and u have still not confirmed this either if u want to keep my custom as I love montirex clothing then I suggest Ulithi a is dealt with plz I only live 29 mins away from company it’s a joke waiting this long

Tracky really nice but your sizes don't always match the age group stated, as I stated your size guides don't match the age group, my son is just 13 so ordered 14/15 and the tracksuit trousers are way short in leg length and the size guides didn't match up to the length just my honest feedback.

Ordered on the 1st January and Im still waiting!! Parcel shipped but no infomation. Dpd have details but no parcel! Have had to buy another coat for my son to return to school in and will have to return this when it arrives sadly!
Unfortunatley after Montierx investigated it was found to be lost in transit and recieved a full refund very quickly, didnt see the jacket but customer service was very good.
